To secure your spot and guarantee your permanent jewellery experience booking is advised. There'll also be opportunities for walk-ins but you may have to wait longer.
Permanent jewellery is a unique way to symbolise the bonds shared between friends and family.
Cherish these experiences together, whether it's a milestone or other special occasion, let's create a piece of jewellery to celebrate.
To book, select your date/venue from the options and select 'schedule your time'. You can then choose your timeslot in the next step.
Each booking slot secures an appointment for one person which lasts 30 minutes. If you are coming as a group, please get in touch.
Please note; at the moment it's not possible to schedule more than x1 appointment at a time. You may have to schedule x1 appointment per transaction (apologies for any inconvenience this may cause).
If there's any specific charms you'd like Lindsay to source in advance, please inform of any requests at least 14 days before the event date. Drop a message at hello@laconicfinejewellery.co.uk with 'SPARK' in the subject line.
Please note the price is dependant on the chain and charms you select on the day. Your £25 deposit will be deducted from this total on the day. Click to view our price list.
Product information
Once purchased, you'll receive an order confirmation. Please keep this as it acts as your ticket for your permanent jewellery experience.
You'll be required to fill in a consultation form before your experience, this will be emailed once you've booked.
This is a service based product, your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided upon checking out.
If you need to cancel a permanent jewellery experience, please let us know as soon as possible; use the subject line 'SPARK' and email hello@laconicfinejewellery.co.uk
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Over 28 days before the appointment date, deposit amount minus 25% (this covers admin fees) refund given or the opportunity to book another date.
- Between 10-28 days notice, no refund given but you'll have the opportunity to book another date.
- Less than 10 days notice, no refund given and no opportunity to book another date.
Any refund due will be paid to the original payee only using the original payment method.
If you don't turn up for your appointment, no refund will be given and no opportunity to book another date will be offered.
If you have booked using a gift voucher the following cancellation policy terms apply, note vouchers cannot be refunded:
- Between 7-28 days notice, you'll have the opportunity to book another date.
- Less than 7 days notice, no opportunity to book another date but you can transfer your booking to someone else.
