Delivery & Returns


Orders up to £10,000 in the UK receive complimentary delivery. For international orders, qualifying free delivery is on items over £1500 and up to £10,000. 

We aim to ship in stock items within 2-3 working days. 

You will receive an email when your order is shipped along with updates to your supplied email/mobile from Royal Mail or your international shipping provider. 

All items are shipped using a tracked service and will require a signature for delivery.


Items that take longer

For made-to-order, back-order or pre-order items, these will be handcrafted especially for you and will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to be made and can be longer at busier times of the year, such as Christmas. 

Made-to-order items will specify in the product description the current amount of time to handcraft the item. 

Back-order items are those that are currently out of stock and will be handcrafted for you at your request upon ordering. 

Pre-order items are not yet released and the expected delivery times will be visible in the product description



For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original Laconic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
